The main mission of UCIBIO @ UCESPU is to study the chemical, biological and toxicological mechanisms of biologically active molecules. It also aims to develop analytical methods for the analysis of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, psychoactive substances and other xenobiotics and endobiotics. To this end, UCIBIO @ UCESPU brings together researchers from different areas of expertise (chemistry, biochemistry, forensics, microbiology), organised in 3 research laboratories integrated in the UCIBIO (Applied Molecular Biosciences Research Unit):
